General Bug Thread (May contain SPOILERS!)

Given we don't have a bug reporting sticky or a technical issues subforum, please feel free to bump this thread with any bugs you encounter. Hopefully if we keep a more centralised list of issues, the creators will be able to track them a little easier.

2. The woman you start as (I haven't gotten far) has hair that constantly clips through her breasts AND randomly jumps in the air and falls behind her or in front of her
3. The speech cut out and now the characters just stare at each other while dialogue is displayed.

This glitch happened to me recently.

It occurred when I had Rooney climb the crate to use the controller. Luckily, closing and reopening the game fixed it, though.

I try to open the room when the scissorwalker almost attack, then the movie show that Monica is going into the room and after that it become Monica is attacked by scissorwalker outside the room.

In chapter 1 when I walk around in the first floor after I can hide from scissor walkter and after the cutscene show that the scissorwalker is coming, it don't have sound when scisscorwalker arrive.

Yikes. Thanks for letting me know. I'm surprised they released it in its current state; major clipping and janky hair physics blatantly displayed in the first twenty seconds is a major turn-off. It's also creepy that conversing characters just blankly stare at each other tight-lipped while text goes along the bottom. They could have at least had the speaker's lips flapping.

Interactive cursor appears over Jessica but the player cannot interact with her. This occurs when Monica first encounters Jessica and Kelly.

Awkward and confusing camera angle after the player examines one of the tables next to the murderous soda machine.

Other Notes

The last time I encountered the Scissor Walker before I went to the upper floor, I could not use the fire extinguisher against him (I had not used it yet). I had to use the pepper spray.

General Bugs

With graphic quality set to "Poor", all text in the game is badly pixelated. It seems strange graphics quality should affect the display text.

Other notes

When I'm trying to use the phone charger in Chapter 1: Scene 1, it often tells me I can't. This is frustrating when I'm trying to save before a crucial event (e.g. going up the elevator).

There is a Magical hiding place in the cloth store that you can hide there as many times as you want, and Scissorwalker will never find you, Others hiding spot will worked one time only.
And more importantly, It can resurrect Angie!

Whenever I run into Scissorwalker (sorry, I've been saying Scissorman) his music (that same chord) never stops after I hide or scare him away. Even between loading screens. The music just keeps going...is this supposed to happen? It can get really annoying.

Thats a very odd bug, what are your PC specs?

This game is garbage seriously:

1) You said that to save the game you have to charge your smartphone but the game says "It 's already loaded" and I had to redo the whole game.

2) The monster is OP, I always find when I hide in the closet, and it kills me.

3) The camera of this game sucks, supported gamepad.

whats Z-fighting?

Z-fighting is when two flat planes occupy the same coordinates, causing an ugly flicker between the planes. In this case, it looks like Kelly's button decal is competing with her jacket.

Critical bug:

When playing as the professor, I've encountered a bug that prevents me from progressing further down the plot. It's in the second chapter, during the sequence in which I'm supposed to descend into a well. As I'm well aware (I've watched a walktrough to confirm it), I must use 'NoSlipGloves' on the well, or else the professor will fall and die. I select the gloves in the inventory, then click on the well, but in the cutscene that follows he doesn't wear the gloves and slips to his demise. Thus, I can't progress any further. I've tried removing my save data and replaying the game from the start, but the result is always the same.

If this bug is not fixed in the following week, I will have to request a refund. The game that is such technical mess is not worth $15.

Non-critical bug:

After completing the first chapter, story branches ('Save Data' screen) stopped recording my progress and choices. I can still load the latest save, but I can't load previous scenes of the current chapter. This is annoying.
