Train refuelling - interrupts

Hello all
So I have been trying for hours now, at my wits end - its not working.
I have a 2 sets of *4 stations for re-fuelling trains all the same name.
Set up the interrupt as per FF389.
I set up a line to pick up coal and drop of, with interrupts set up, works fine.
Sent it to the train yard, Took out fuel leaving 25 coal in it.
Add the re-fuel interrupt - train goes to re-fuel, and once 5 second inactive has passed it does not go any where. I take the re-fuelling interrupt out works fine loading & unloading.

Iron ore trains took out coal to 25 in the 3 trains, sent them back to the train yard - and they ignored the re-fuelling interrupt and just ran out of fuel.

Can you show your exact interrupt condition and the train's settings in general? It sounds like the game is reading the interrupt condition as true even after the train has refueled.

Well I was up until 2 am today when I posted - about re-fuelling.
I few hours sleep, Couple of hours redoing the re-fuel interrupts.
Look the same as the 2 am one - however it's working.
The only difference was an update happened in between some sleep this morning.
