50% efficiency means only half of the energy you put in is being turned into usable energy.
The other 50% is lost due to entropy.
I think the pumps are still 1200/s and support up to 40 engines.
My Steam setup was 10 Boilers each side so without changing it it would be 2>20>80 now.
Althought then again you're right.
We could only run 2 steam engines off of 1 boiler. This is under a near max load.
So i don't think that ratio changes.
Something else we saw in the patch notes tho is that fuel, besides nuclear, was all halved in its value. Coal is now 4MJ, not 8MJ.
Does this mean that the halving of fuel values just cancels out the new 100% boilers?

4 pumps to feed 2 rows of 32 boilers also works.
All ratios are the same, the difference is that the fuel value displayed is now half of what it was before, and behind the scenes they arent multiplying by half.( saving some computation)
