And the heads up display has been invented specifically to give the user information without them having to look away from what they are doing.
On a more serious note, try checking your GPU software - they sometimes come with overlays.
like if you wanna stop at 2am just go 'set timer x hours x minutes'
alternately just Shift+Tab to for steam overlay in-game, clock is on the topleft normally.
maybe a clock for the game is a nice idea (day 1/ day 2/ day 3/...etc)
I have a clock that mounts right on top of my monitor. You can get them on amazon or any number of gaming sites. Probably sell them at the evilmart too.
I never realized adding 3 digits and a colon to the corner of the screen would be so polarizing.
Compared to the programming of the current state of the game I would assume adding an ingame clock would be super simple for the developers.
