I just found a roll mechanic
to roll you need to crouch, then press shift twice

Also worth noting that the roll is a constant, meaning no status effect or condition can modify how it behaves. Overencumbered, broken legs, heaviest armor in the game, whatever; the roll will always give you a fixed amount of momentum and velocity to get you where you're going. It also doesn't interrupt reloads or force you to lower your weapons, giving you a lot more control over any fights you happen to get in.

Basically, even if you're never going to bother with sneaking for the entire playthrough, go crouch next to that first Carbuncle in the tutorial vents and make yourself a sandwich. Roll's too good to pass up.

Too long, leveling up to level 5 will take several hours this way. It’s easier to use the first portal)

And you can roll forward during jump - just run, jump, crouch and press W - you roll forward inda air =)

you dont have to press it twice, just hold it down

Actually, the easiest method to level up Sneaking is to crouch close to one of the patrolling Composers in Flathill. They give a lot of Sneaking XP per tick.
