How do you make Anomalous plant food?

I unlocked the final tier of farming, but I can't find the plant food anywhere. Is it a soup recipe?

I believe it might not be implemented yet. Not 100% sure though.

You mean anomalous fertilizer? It unlocked for me once I got the skill. Maybe you are still missing an ingredient. You need crystal, antverse gel and an anomaly.

No, it's the Anomalous Plant Food, which you get from reaching Agriculture 15.

I have this same issue. It's sounding more and more like there's bug about triggering the recipe for it.
