Where do I go after making keypad hacker lvl3?

I opened some short-cut but couldn't make any progress with it.

I did opened a portal that leads to burning skyscraper and took the elevator to go the rooftop, but there was way too many enemies to go through.

on the rooftop is another portal which leads to the commandpost. A littile tip what i did was, unlock the door on the left side which leads to the staircase as a shortcut, then place a bed there and clear the roof, even if you die, you just spawn there, go in grab your stuff and push till the gunner is dead.

Hey, I was manged to reach the portal thanks to your tip, but after exiting the portal I ended up at a place where there is a zip-line that leads back to the lab section and a broken bridge to the yellow locked door, which means, I have no-wheres to go.

Any tips on where should I head next?

Where is the portal to the burning skyscraper? after getting level 3 hacker crafted im completely stuck, I cant figure out how to remove the growths on the doors to use level 3 hacker and I cannot for the life of me figure out where to go

Here's what I did, but I've heard this may have changed, so I'll give an alternative route as well;
Hover here to see list.

1. Head to the Laser Lab on Level 2.
   
2. Align any laser such that it hits the purple portal.
   
3. Head back down to the Dark Lens Containment (by the large door) and enter the portal.
   
4. Welcome to RISE! This is probably the worst place in the entire game.
   
5. Head to the center of the room and press the button, be wary of many shotgunners and snipers.
   
6. Head back to the entrance to RISE and go up the freight elevator to the roof.
   
7. IMMEDIATELY run for cover to the LEFT. Make sure you bring mugnades/slushie bombs, especially if you are solo for this.
   
8. Head through the portal on the roof and you will end up outside Holmholtz Containment.

Alternative Route:
Hover here to see list.

1. Head to Level 3 in the main hall of Labs and head through the yellow room. There should be a hole in the floor.
   
2. Head down to the door overlook and open DIRAK CONTAINMENT.
   
3. You will notice you are blocked by turrets, build a bridge across the gap and over the fence.
   
4. ALTERNATIVELY if you are solo, you can just stack things and jump over the gap with the gravity cube.

This was alot of help, I realized I still hadnt gotten the antethermite etc and once I did I was able to get through Rise. Problem is now im just back to an area Ive already unlocked and I didnt appear to get anything new within Rise. Not sure what comes next, seems like not many players are this far

If you have a forklift handy you can just mob around the corner and eat some gunfire. I'd assume you have a healing briefcase by this stage.

I am progressed up to the sister of the unlost and have found that this looks like to be the "end" of the game in its current state.. sad
