... No? Where are you getting the idea that this game has jumpscares?
The game has some moments that can be scary, sure, but a scary moment does not mean it's a jumpscare. This game has nothing that even remotely classifies as a jumpscare.
Depending on what definition is used, there could technically be jump scares in the game.
There are startling things that can and will happen without warning, satisfying one definition of a jump scare.
However for the most part, there are no purpose made events that are specifically made to be overly shocking or startling. Arguably there is 'no jump scares', based on that definition.
Like I said, the game has scary moments but nothing that qualifies as an actual jumpscare.
A jumpscare, by definition, is a scary moment that gets in the player's face suddenly, usually (although not always) accompanied by a loud noise.
Most of what we could consider that would get close to one is the Pest in the closet at the beginning of the game, but still not something that would be an actual jumpscare, or a Breacher in a bathroom in Rise that also gets close but not really.
Scary moments =/= jumpscares.
Definitions of jump scares can differ between people. You are correct based on your definition, but not correct on another.
We have all pretty much agreed that this game doesn't do things like suddenly displaying a scary thing in people's faces with loud noises.
That said, other people have stated they were 'jump scared' by the things like the Coworker talking to them in the dark from out of nowhere.
The only thing I see people arguing over is the semantics of jump scares.
And saying ABF has jumpscares can potentially create a wrong idea about the game and make it sound like it relies on jumpscares, also very much not the case.
Anyway, agree to disagree.

For those that can't tell, I'm joking. I saw that on the community posting, and had to post it here.
