Hello adventurers,

We’re preparing a special Playtest for Text Dungeon: The Ring of Life, and we’re looking for players to help us refine the English writing throughout the game.

Text Dungeon is a text-heavy experience, and the clarity and tone of the writing are essential. Your feedback will help ensure that the English reads naturally, consistently, and in a way that fits the game’s atmosphere.

📝 What We’re Looking For

• Fluent or comfortable English readers

• Fans of text-heavy games, roguelikes, or interactive fiction

• Players willing to flag unclear, awkward, or inconsistent phrasing

• No editing experience needed—just your honest impressions

📋 What This English Review Playtest Includes

• A short, focused portion of the game

• Core UI text

• Early dungeon content

• Atmospheric room descriptions

• Character creation text

• Basic gameplay messages

• Approx. 1 hour of playtime

This is not the full Playtest—just a small slice designed to check the quality of the English writing. The Playtest will run for approximately one week after the build is released. The build is planned for release in late January to early February.

📋 Recruitment Period

Applications will be accepted until January 24.

👥 Tester Limit

We will be selecting up to 10 testers for this English Review Playtest. If the number of applicants exceeds the limit, the developer will make a selection.

Note: This is a sample form. Submissions sent through it will not be counted as valid feedback. An official feedback form will be provided to selected testers once the Playtest begins.

Even small notes—like “this sentence feels off” or “this word doesn’t fit the tone”—are incredibly helpful.
