Benjamin Palmer / Son Albert Hint Bug | 100% broken

His (Benjamin) 3rd hint is not x'd, but I have no option to get the final hint.. I think it is because when I was exploring I killed a skal and found this note on body relating to wet boot boy recruiting albert.. I didn't get the investigation quest from them.. I just found the note and it gave me the quest. I gave the note to Albert, as it was about him.

I got an X on a hint from Albert, but that was a bug with the dialogue choice.. As in, I'd chosen for him to be patient with father and try to understand what he is going through from war option.. But the game changed what I'd said and acted as though I gave him crap for stealing the pills, saying he is the problem when I clicked to re-listen to what was said.. I didn't pick that dialogue choice, and my character never said what the game made him say when I re-listened.. it changed it from what I'd chosen, and what my character said. So it bug'd and X'd a hint from Albert. So Albert has 2 hints, 1 X'd due to dialogue bug.. His father has 2 hints, 1 open and not x'd, showing available.

In either case, there are no X'd hints on his father Benjamin.. It's just.. it won't give me the option to get the last hint from him. He has the war veteran one, and the one where it says he needs medication.. The other just won't become available to obtain. But yeah.. I've seen the scene with vampire vision, etc.. Frustrating.

Edit: And to clarify which scene I mean.. it is the one with the son.
