Seymour Fishburn / His Mother / The Boy Hints Bugged?

I've seen the secret scene, like the rat.. Talked to the boy about the rat, etc.. Talked to all parties fully.. Everyone has been fully conversed with. I've done the investigation with her son and gave him what I found / talked to him about it (bad bad guy btw). Mesz'd my way into the mother's house and talked to her fully.. I didn't fail anything in conversations, no hints are X'd. I've double checked by going to each person, everything that can be done in conversation is done. Yet I think it shows hint locked.. I'd have to go in game to check, but yeah.. Why would stuff be locked? Or why would I not already have the hints going by what is quoted below?

What more is there to be done? Why can't I get the final hints on seymour, the boy and what not?

Seymour Fishburn: Hint 1: Received when doing his investigation to find a necklace.
Hint 2: Received when completing his investigation and talking about his rage.
Hint 3: Continue talking to him after the investigation.(Saying "Death is not the Answer" will cause this to be blocked) ||| Rufus Kingsbury: Hint 1: Received by speaking with him.
Hint 2: Received by watching him talk to a rat
Hint 3: Received by talking to him about his rat

It is bugged and I guess I can't get the final hints.. wth? Maybe a lot of these NPCs conversations being bugged, and hints being bugged is related to me exploring everywhere and doing everything I could prior to the story actually taking me there.. Like doing all the investigations etc.. But why make stuff accessible if you can't go do stuff? Like.. I'd killed the high lvl skals going after that man behind the gate at lvl 7 so.. It was rough, but I managed to get it done. Explored up to whitechapel at lvl 7, etc..

I have some ideas (That may be wrong):

later in the game you find someone that let you unlock some hints (random) if you pay (That can works, I don't know for sure).
Maybe you have to kill someone to unlock it? (For example, some people say that if you kill Seymour the mother adopt the "cursed" boy so maybe that unlock the hint?

Yeah, I dunno.. I'll keep playing and see. But going by what IGN said there on hints.. It seems bugged. I'll keep playing though. Story still hasn't taken me back to docks yet.. About to do the cemetery part, as just finished with crane.

Seymour is jealous of the attention his mother pays to Rufus Kingberry. You have to watch the scene through the window when Stella and Seymour quarrel at home.

I guess IGNs guide was wrong, lol.. There was no mention of this, but yeah. Managed to get the final hints for them. Just need mez 3 to kill semour cause man does he deserve it.

As you said you watched all the scenes I though you really watched them all... xD

According to what I was reading I had (figured ign, the quote above, was correct.. Being a guide and all). I even walked around for a while with vampire vision to check area.. Dunno.. Maybe it just wouldn't initiate when I was walking around, but having launched the game fresh today.. Not sure.
