Vampyre/Vampire in the English language only dates back to 1732. There are plenty of languages that spell their equivalent of the English word vampire with a y, many of which are much older than the English word. Some even use accents or diacritics. Like my language vampíra - Icelandic. Denmark, Norway and Sweden use vampyr, as does Hungary.
Before Bram Stoker's 1897 "Dracula" there was "The Vampyre" written by John W. Polidori in 1819. And one of the earliest vampires in film was "Nosferatu the Vampyre" in 1979.
my language settings are in english
Vampyr is not misspelled. It doesn't matter what language settings you use, the game will still be called Vampyr.
Any of the reasons I stated in my previous comment could explain why the developers intentionally named it Vampyr. Obviously they're not the first to think of it.
i dont speak other languages
The usage hints that in the game, you'll see old Vampires as well as Dr. Reid, a New born.
She should try harder then. But try as she might, she won't get one from me. I don't award idiots. Clever quips however, I do. Take your price.
Looks like a spelling mistake. It should be 'Sibl'.
Don't buy this game. It isn't made for types like you.
Honest recommendation.
