I accidenrtally crafted the wrong thing and now im missing one material i need? what should i do?

You can either buy missing components from Rakesh Chadana in Pembroke, Barrett Lewis in Whitechapel or Loretta Swanborough also in Whitechapel , or just kill some skals in the morgue, die and clear morgue again, until you get enough of the component you need (Quinine, Sodium Gipochlorite Solution and Ferrous Tartrate all drop from rogue skals). Skals in other locations will also drop same components, it's just that skals in the morgue should be close to your level, so you'll have less trouble farming them.
If you have box of pills miscellanious item(s), you can recycle them on the workbench to get medicine components.
Containers in the world from now on will sometime give you medicine components, but it's random and I cannot say for sure where you can get some. Try to search in the containers around Pembroke.
