[BUG] Health, Blood & EXP

Hello,

I was at WESTERN DOCKS fighting the boss you encounter before finding Sean Hampton in CHAPTER 3. I got killed by the boss, so I decided to reload my save file before I spawned, which ended up being a terrible decision because now both my health and blood are always at 0%, I don't receive damage when attacked by hostile npcs, I cannot use my skills nor can I earn XP!

Is there a way to fix this? I do not have a backed up save file...

Never mind, I fixed it by going to bed (sleeping was not necessary).
