Some ppl will become a high lvl,high exp named skal or join the hunters as a sub boss if you kill from their circle of friends then sleep.Some ppl will flee and you can get different investigations.It is not easter egg,but gameplay effects.

i noticed that when playing that there is a point where you/Jonathan exits the hospital to find Elizabeth feeding on a patient. If you are playing a London Burning / kill everyone scenario, the body will be on the ground, exposed; if you are playing the good doctor/pacifist/not-one-drop scenario, then the body is still on the cot, and the sheet is pulled up over them. In both Elizabeth is surprised/startled, and will answer your questions the same way, but I found that bit of difference that they bothered to illustrate interesting.

the "death speeches" change depending on the order you kill people in the circle of friends too.

oh i forgot... depending on how blood thirsty you have been, when you meet Mary in the cemetery, she will either let your mother go home (if you havent killed many), or kill her herself (if you have killed many people). It affects if you get to talk to your mother later on or not. I dont think (I may have forgotten though) that there isnt any particular important secrets you need to know from her if she lives.... and it will not affect the game if your mother dies - you still can get of what you need to finish. But it is an interesting twist (more than a detail really), and the state of the family household reflects this also, which is another nice touch! (eg boarded up or not)
