How to get the endings

So I see that there are 4 endings in the game. I feel like I know how to get two of them. Kill no one and kill a lot of people, because in both cases Jonathan makes the appeal to her in either case from his actions, either saying he resisted the thirst or that vampires are creatures of death, with obvious results either way.

Its the middle endings I do not understand how to get. One was that Reid appeals to Ashbury that Old Bridget would help them with finding a cure, and the other one was her killing herself because Reid "betrayed" her. I have read somewhere that Bridget can be killed. Also how do you "betray" Lady Ashbury? Do these endings have conditions outside the number of people you embrace?

So far I got 3 endings:

1. Don't embrace anyone (indirect deaths don't matter like charming Aloysius to get over his fear of dying etc). [Best Ending]
2. Only kill a few citizens. [Good Ending]
3. Embrace citizens of one district/turn one district hostile. [Bad Ending]

And now I am currently on my "bad vampire" playthrough to get this:
4. Embrace all citizens (+pillars). [Worst Ending]

@Old Bridget: I have no idea how she's suppossed to die since you have a conversation with her after the last boss fight, but I haven't seen the epilogue of the worst ending yet.

what amount is considered a few citizens? so far i only embrased 2.

I got the "good" ending and killed two people. But I've read it also factors in wether or not you "betray" Lady Ashbury by turning Dawson into a vampire, which I didn't. She mentions it during the ending if I'm not mistaken, so that might be true for all I know.

I got the "betray" ending even though I didn't betray her.

They need better ending triggers. The middle endings should be based on story choices.

She mentioned me betraying her, but I chose to embrace him.
