Water the plant

i've got the pure water but i can't water the plant :( he says the standard monologue about the flower dying. any suggestions how to fix it?

Are you certain you have the water? Is it still in your quest items inventory? Have you possibly already used it and just need to wait for it to grow?

Bring back to your room in Pembroke Hospital and water the small tree near your workshop . Then go sleep twice in that your room . The Tree will become Big .

Guess that a bug , but dont worry keep playing until finish , you can collect all those acchivement in easy mode

Once you water the plant with the pure water you get from the shop in Whitechapel. You need to rest for 3 nights. Then interact with the plant again to get the achievement.

I'm sensing getting this achievement, trainer or no, is completely borked for some so they can't get it regardless of approach... If only there was a command code to fix this after all the trouble to get it.
