Is there no way to track investigations/side quests?

Really dissapointed with the map system, its extremely unhelpful and I havent been able to find any use for it. When I get new side quests/investigations, they are never added to the map. It shows a legend on the map with icons for investigations, but I have yet to see a single one anywhere on the map.

Does anyone know how this works? Or does the game just not show anything on the world map? If thats the case Id appreciate any tips on how others manage to find where your supposed to go for investigations. Ive also noticed theres no place designated for them in the journal, making it hard to remember all of them and their details.

You have to go into the menu, last tab ( If I remember correctly ) and track the one you want to do. You can only track one at a time though which is a bit annoying when you want to find the closest to you.

It's in the menu system when you go to the quest page, you just hover over the side quest and track. It took me a while to find it but it is there.

On the map for them it will show a white head icon and one you're in the right area it will show the objective on the top of the screen
