The Harder They Fall

For this quest the marker to find the cause of death is on the other side of the wall on the edge of the map. I cannot find a place to teleport to, where do I go? I feel like a loon running in circles trying to find a path around... is it bugged or am I dense?

go back into morgue wear the body is and click on it(do examination of body)....becareful everything respawn in there and they seem to be more of them.
