Missing Ingredient

How do I complete this quest? I have all the ingredients. I use my workshop and I can't do anything. I have no recipe that matches that.

I noticed I have one of the items that acts like a recipe sheet that you have to anazlyze in my inventory but I can't see it in the list when I use the workshop. Maybe thats related.

Yup I saw that too. Its just like it wont allow it to be analyzed

SOLVED! There is a desk to the left of the crafting table in your room, it has chemistry equipment on it. You can interact with this table to create the placebo
