where are my dlc items?
like title says where are my Pre order items?

The DLC is not at the beginning of the game.
You have to reach the hideout in the Pembroke Hospital, there is a grey locker with a yellow highlight on it.
If you interact with it, you can retrieve all contents of the DLC.
