How long is the story supposed to be?

The developers said about 15 hours for main story, with another 15 hours of side content. I watched a guy on Twitch last night playing it. He said he was 15 hours in(including side quests of course) and felt like he wasn't near the end. In fact he was in chapter 3. I don't know how many chapters there are, but I heard there was another guy playing last night on Twitch who was in chapter 6, so at least 6 chapters.

EDIT: There is also more than 1 ending you can get, as well as seeing different outcomes during the story depending on if you kill someone or not. So you can figure another 15 hours for going through just the main story a 2nd time to see the impact of the different choices. So you should be able to get a good 30-45 hours out of it!
