The old man is still listed as a resident, but his house looks trashed.. I wonder when I next sleep if the area will update and he will be removed? Otherwise my concern about him getting sick and not being able to find him seems likely..
Edit: Which would be a terrible oversight by the developers, regarding the bug.
Edit 2: I found him wandering the streets near the hideout
EDITED:
Well.. That conversation with the old man Darius was quite interesting.. I worry about his meeting with those strange men and stories of vampires.. His talk of perhaps finding a new cause.. I honestly thought I was trying to do the right thing in a story sense when I chose to charm Miss Crane.. That, and the dialogue option was blue! Lol. Even as my character phrased it when doing so.. He recognised her as a good person, and just told her to forget about the lady and her time at the hospital.. I was thinking as he was saying it that this might be best.. Keep her safe. Little did I know that this would make her forget more then what I would have wanted.. She forgot how to take care of herself, got sick, and stopped her efforts to help the people there.. *sad face*
I think I might have created a vampire hunter out of the old man.. If he decides to believe the men that visited him.. If he faces me later.. that would be tragic. Especially if I could not convince him of my intentions.. Even so.. He cared for her a lot, and perhaps unerstandably so, may not forgive upon our meeting, should he face me later.. Forcing me to kill him in self-defense..
Interesting turn of events..
Edit: I wish this game allowed manual saving.. Autosaving alone should not be allowed on rpg(s). Imagine playing mass effect and only having autosave.. And messing up something huge because of the dialogue not showing what is truly going to be said in length.. All those hours and you screw up your play.. Very frustrating.
