Can you embrace Nurse Crane later if you spare her?

Simple question. If you spare Nurse Crane, not charm, do you have the option of embracing her later, or is it a one time chance?

If you mean right after helping with the patient in whitechapel I'd say you can but not sure. I'll check when I finish this mission and come back to you if no one answered by then

If you make a deal with her so she resigns but keeps doing what she's doing in whitechapel you can't, don't know about the other option

Ah, looks like it is a hard no. I believe that you can complete all of the side content that embracing her would lock out before hand. Seems like poor game design, considering you can literally save every other person until later so far. Without chapter select/manual saves/new game +, having the potential to lock out a substantial amount of content that you'd have to replay the whole game from the start to experience is not great.

Isn't she level 6 mesmerize? If so it's impossible unless there's a way to go above level 5 that I'm unaware of.

She's the first pillar you can eat. it's the end of chapter 2. You dont mesmerize her, you just attack and eat her.
