ok looks like you found it yourself ;) But in general I'd actually recommend to go to another district when your story actually leads there to prevent in running in such situations again... There's nothing bad happening if you focus on your main story...
That's the problem, though. If you just do the investigations in the area you're in and stick to the main story, you end up under-leveled. I was sent to Whitechapel to investigate some blackmail against Lady Ashbury at level 7 and the first two enemies I found were 16 and 18. So if you're not eating people to level up faster, going out of your way to do side quests is the only way I've found to at least try to stay on par with the main story.

Could someone pleas provide picture of other way(s), im sure that they exist, unless is some way locked during chapter 2 as part of story, i doubt it.
