Treating Mortimer Goswick

I went through the morgue without issue, got all the ingredients, crafted the treatment for fatigue. But I have no button prompts to administer it to him, and there's nothing in the dialogue options to allow me to give it to him. How the heck do I treat him?

You have to press E to ask the patient if they need medical attention. Or Q if you want to mesmerise them in order to suck them dry and kill them ^^

Yeah check the top left and right on the screen during dialog with people - on a gamepad left bumper will display their mesmerise level, left trigger will mesmerise if your level is high enough, right trigger will display their health status, showing any diseases and right bumper will offer a medical checkup, followed by the option of giving them the medicine or not
