The point of curing people if your not going to kill them?
Even if you totally cure a entire district they just get sick again within a couple nights. No lie In a single night I passed just to spend XP, 9. NINE People in Pembroke got sick dropping it from 99% to 81% in one shot.

Cheaper vendor prices. Otherwise? Yeah, it´s just to make their blood more yummy.
Well, this is good to know before I waste my time trying to cure people ... also frustrating as hell because I thought that was supposed to be one of your moral choices - feed them once they're cured or leave them alive and maintain some of your humanity. Lame.
if you dont cure ppl they probably could get worst and die maybe, i notice after i cure area(hostipal) the area condition rise up and then 2-3 nights later alot of ppl got fatique and the area condition went down.
I mean, keeping the health level high is good for the stores and their prices. But also, in my game at least, I got about 25xp per person I cured, so it was a good way to build up xp if I was avoiding eating people.
let put it this way if you lose all areas to chaos then its game over...its up to you how much chaos you want and were if any at all will not game over but your ending will be real bad and main story line is able to complete

Its not game over by losing all districts
To improve the general health of the area, and avoid streets filled with beasts...and because you are a doctor, roleplaying is the key word, if you decide so.
if you read rest of my post i corrected my self about game over:P
Yeah, the getting sick part of this game is totally over the top. Most nights I'm just running around the entire map trying to fix up every civillian that got sick (again).

So annoying.
If your don't cure the people then that district will fall into chaos and more enemies will appear if it drops below critical and evenly they start to die off from what ever illness they have. So if you are wanting to play as a good guy and keep everyone happy and alive so you can do all the quests is a good idea to keep them healed up.

Plus cheaper vendor prices, but it's a morality issue with the chance of deaths and people will also treat you differently if you don't keep the district happy and safe
Ok so I've figure out that people get sick randomly when you level up and it seems the number will go up depending on how many levels that is. From my test, sleeping with no level gain = no new sicknesses. 1 level = about 2-3 sicknesses in a single night. 4 levels = 13 sicknesses in a single night. So if you save up alot of XP you basically end up with a epidemic.

so sleep alot then? did you figure out how much xp is per level?
It's says in the top right when your in the sleep menu.
no i mean when you spend xp you gain the levels then, was asking if you know the total xp needed per level?
It changes per level, goes up over time, I wasn't writing them down.
