If I'm thinking of the guy with the flamethrower, try using Blood Cauldron (the blood ultimate) on him to stun him while luring his goons over for some pain. Make sure you constantly dodge out of the flame tube, too, and even coagulation would help with keeping him off of you.

In regards to dealing with his cronies specifically, since 1v1s are easier (to me, personally), I recommend clawing and/or gunning them down.

I can't believe how easy was this with blood cauldron. Thanx for the suggestion. I was using blood rage and it was doing very small damage.

Yeah, tbh I don't see Blood Rage as being all that useful outside of being in a fight with like, six guys.
Even then, Blood Cauldron has the potential to do TONS more damage, even to groups.

Agreed. Blood rage might be useful when you get surrounded by those mindless annoying skals. But i haven't used Blood cauldron against the groups yet.

I almost gave up but then decided to reset my skills to get blood cauldron after finding this post. Had to kill a few civilians unfortunately, though their sacrifice wasn't wasted. Also got the Priwen stake and upgraded it to lvl.3. All that and the shotgun made the fight a lot easier.
