There are a couple things that reduce and in some cases eliminate crashes in certain games that use the UE4 and UE5 gamne engine.

1: disable Hardware- accelerated GPU under settings/gaming.

Crashes could also be from software conflicts such as antivirus. Try running the game offline with your antivirus disabled. If that stops the crashes, then maybe switch to a different antivirus software. These are steps to try.
