If you just want to place a bus stop on a map from A - B - C etc and drive to each, **get out** (no sitting in the bus driver seat) click 'yes' or 'no' to board correct passengers, then drive to the next stop...so, on. Then buy it.
There's no progression or upgrades, just driving a bus.
Be warned:The AI traffic is atrocious and so is the performance.
No damage model.
Rain graphics are very nice -UE5+
Bus handling -crap
Controls -crap, forget about using a controller.
This is the best part for me.
If you have the DLC (i have several) buses, you config the controls and there's an option to copy the controls to 'another bus or all buses'. Whomever made this must have been steaming drunk! The controls for the other buses are NOT the same per bus, so you end up having to go through each individual bus delete it's conflicts with the 'other buses'.
Then when you relaunch the game it likes to reset controls or forget that you've got a wheel connected -even though you set it up!
It's a bit of a dogs dinner!
I have Tourist Bus (it was on sale at the same time as Fernbus) it's better as it has a career and a real island to drive on and employ drivers, mechanics etc. But there's still no denying the bus handling is CRAP!
