This is my setting.

Everything is set to "Epic" except the "anti-aliasing" which is set to low. If that is what you are looking for.
André,
Do you mean the gamma slider?
By the way, after playing with the graphic sliders for a while to fix the sun glare problem, I also found the best setting for realistic graphic and maximum frame rate.
Most people think that having everything "Epic" is the best, but that is not the case in this game. In this game, some sliders only exaggerate things when set Epic and eat your frame rate unnecessarily. And some sliders look most realistic when set to Low.
For example, the Anti-Aliasing slider just makes thing more blurry the higher you set it.
Below is the best setting I just found for realism and maximized frame rate. I have 50-60 fps even in a city with 100% AI traffic. And the game now looks beautiful.
Resolution Scale = 200 (this is necessary, the bar only gives 100, you need to type it 200)
Anti Aliasing = Low (the higher the more blurry)
View Distance = Epic
Post Processing = Low (this one is the sun glare culprit)
Shadow Quality = Low (any higher will only exaggerate and eat frame rate)
Material Quality = Epic
Texture Quality = Epic
Effect Quality = Low (any higher will only exaggerate and eat frame rate)
Mirror Quality = Epic
Foliage Quality = Med (not much difference but lowering it saves a lot of frame rate)
Light Distance = Low (any higher will only exaggerate)
Gamma = 1 (you may need to increase during night time)
Contrast = 1
Bloom = 1
Lensflares = 0.25
Motion Blur = 1.0
I get 50-60 FPS with i7, 16 GB, gtx 1660 Super
I hope this finding will help those who have the same problem.
Tried your settings and have to admit they are pretty good, an improvement on mine. But cannot agree about Anti-Aliasing. On low settings the sharpness disappears, wheels and straight lines have a jagged edge, on epic smooth and sharp without affecting things apparently. Nice work mate.
