Passenger check in..bug?

Uhm, I have ran many times now into weird thing. If I take a break phone shows 0/XX checking announcement, and when route ends and summary window comes up I can see missing passengers and A LOT of red XP, its like I never checked those ppl in after took break.

I googled, and there saw that need to open phone and press check-in tab..well I did it and it did not help...what did I miss?

PS There was talk of ? marks over passenger heads which needs to be cleared, well i never have those marks over passengers and all ppl ARE checked according phone

After break you have to left mouse click on all passengers. Then instead of showing 0/XX, it will show XX/XX. Then go to the phone and click, i think it is called "Passengers Checked", but you can not miss it, it's near the bottom, where the "Take Break" shows.

I watched youtube a bit and tested with MAN C (original) and noticed that "targeting cursor" when entered bus and clicked on ppl inside bus..I can swear with VDL I did not see that at all..either it is VDL bug ..testing that atm..or my install was wonky..
