if you want to install the paintjobs then you will place the folder here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fernbus Simulator\Fernbus\Content\Vehicles\MAN_LionsCoach_C\Repaints or without the _C if you use the smaller of the 2 coaches.
