the ComfortClasses have an automatic A/C and thus you can't adjust the temperature as it always regulates to the "optimal" temperature.
Kind regards

I was operating under the assumption that the 12 o'clock position must be like 20-21 degrees. thought I had noticed the passengers not complaining about the arctic conditions anymore when setting the knob somewhere between 12 and 1 o'clock.
If that's the case why would passengers complain about A/C temperature then?
Also I noticed on other buses even when there was no verbal complaint during a trip you'd still get rated like 97% in the A/C area for service.
That is correct, you can still adjust the temperature manually.
