Fanatec Clubsport Gear

Has anyone gotten their Fanatec gear to work with this game? I have the clubsport wheelbase V2.5 and clubsport pedals V3 and just could not get them to work no matter what. I watched the 'how to' video, searched the web, etc. The god-awful options settings isn't helping either.

Anyway, I really would love to play this using my Fanatec gear, so that's why I'm asking.

I got the CSL Elite Wheelbase and V2 Pedals and they are working fine. Just play around with the settings, they look quite complicated but you should get it to work. After assigning the axis, you can configure it by clicking on the one icon to the right. There you can define max, min and some other values. When moving the axis, you should see the effect immediately and get it to work,

It must just be the Clubsport V2.5 wheelbase then. I can't get it to work at all, nor the pedals. I have done all the axis assignments, moved the sliders, etc. The green bar on the configuration page doesn't move at all, nor does it work in game.

This is the answer I eventually got from support:

"unfortunately the Fanatec Clubsport currently is the only steeringwheel we know of, which does not work in Fernbus.

We try to fix that, unfortunately I cant say when that fix will be available."

Great.... so i cant play Fernbus Simulator, cuz i got a 600€ expensive wheel, which works in every game except this one? C´mon guys, srsly ..... Fanatec isnt a no name product they even provide SDK packages and infoprmation especially for developers to get those things integrated ..... I mean, how long is it since the game got released?
I rly like that game and im not angry or anything, but im still a bit dissapointed :(
Hopefully the next patch will come quickly or else i can just uninstall the game ....
Would love to hear a response from a dev to that.

I use a base V2 and pedal V3 with the game fine. I am careful with double assignments, removing anything I do not need. The game compalined that something (device?) was not working okay, so I did the Wizard and all is good. Steers fine, goes and stops. I am surprised to hear others are having troubles

ITS 2020 NOW AND THE FANATEC V2.5 WHEEL BASE IS STILL NOT WORKING! Come on guys does our wheel base not matter to you guys. Like one of the posts above said it works in every other driving game and it's a very well known brand, there really isn't any excuse after all this time!!

Well its been almost 1 1/2 years since then and still not fixed .... now i am srsly dissapointed.
Just get in contact with fanatec... theyve great support and i bet even better one for devs using their sdk packages
Do it for the sake of the community.
This is litterally the onyl reason why i didnt touch teh game since i posted last, i swear, i didnt touch it once

Ok, I went from a working G29 to a Fanatec CSL, and never got that to work either. It’s not just the V2.5 unfortunately.
