Can't check in passengers, Help!

I decided to return to this game after a break and following installing the VDL Pack among the other updates, I can't seem to check in passengers anymore.

I've tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to work.

Have I missed something?

Hi there,

do you have this problem only with the VDL?

Anyway, please make sure you've done the following:

• Login to the FlixBus Account using your Smartphone
  
• Activate the destination display of your vehicle (Z)
  
• Open the vehicle doors (F9)
  
• Open the luggage compartment hatches (Left Mouse Button on a hatch outside the vehicle)
  
• Left mouse click on any passenger to check if their ticket is valid

Eventually, you may have changed your keymapping in the controls menu. Just set it to default and try checking in your passengers.

If you loaded a save you may need to restart a route, i had this issue when i returned after a while
