Juego Perception no carga

Compré have unos dias el juego "Perception" donde sos una Chica ciega.

Al entrar al menu el juego se laguea, al intentar jugar tarda mucho en cargar y si carga, no pasa de los primeros dos dialogos. Me pueden ayudar?

Thanks for checking the game out! It's true that it takes a moment to switch languages. It should only take maybe a second or so though. And you're saying that it just stops after toggling through a few languages? Does it always stop at a particular language?

No, sorry, my English is not very good. The game is very slow, when I start the screen is black for a long time and the game takes time to load. Then the protagonist says two sentences and there is no progress.

I made optimizations to my pc and now, after the black screen, the game starts (it still takes a long time to start) but it is very slow, it has no fluency, low fps, I do not know how to explain myself. My PC meets the requirements of the game to work, I would like to know what inconvenience I have and how to fix it, if it is any configuration or is my PC (I do not think, is optimal).

Other games of higher quality work well, this only happens with "Perception"

Solutions:

1. Verify STEAM game files (Verifique los archivos del juego STEAM)

2. Delete, or rename, the video files (Borrar, o renombrar, los archivos de video) "Wind.mp4" and "Wind.wmv" in the Steam folder "Movies". Here is full path: "Steam\steamapps\common\Perception\Perception\Content\Movies" '

3. Lower graphics quality (Graficos de baja calidad)

4. Lower resolution (Menor resolución)

5. Windowed mode (Modo ventana)
