Extinguisher bug at Chapter 1

I can't pass the fire part at Chapter 1 because the extinguisher doesn't work. Someone have the same problem?

Have you managed to do this scene? I had to look at a specific spot of the fire (middle height) otherwise the interaction did not appear.

I pass this part. I just remap the game keys and work. But now I'm stuck at the 2 chapter because the door under the ladder doesn't open after I scape the presence. (PS: Sorry for poor English)

Sorry to hear that, mate. I have just completed chapter 2 but I do not know what you are talking about. Do you mean the ladder to the attic? You need to use your 6th sense which shows Cassie the way. I believe door frames are highlighted in that section to tell you where you need to go.

Hello. I had the same issue with the fire extinguisher that did not have effect while using left mouse. I remapped using keyboard instead and it worked. Thanks for the tip Torozids.
