Can I play Very Little Nigtmares before the first game ?

The Apple Arcade game. Can I play it before LN1 or is it vital storywise to start with LN1. I kind of want to start on the apple game before this since I can use the subscription on some games there while I still have it.

No you can play Very Little Nightmares before Little Nightmares I. And if I'm right VLN is the first one to start then LN2 and LN1. This is how the story goes

i thought i heard somewhere that VLN is only semi-cannonical, so i don't think it reveals any big spoilers or you NEED to play it to understand anything in the other games...

If my theory is correct, if you haven't gotten any get VLN then LN2 then 1 then LN3 when it releases because I think that's how the timeline will go.
