Also, rather than "The Butcher," I think maybe you mean the Janitor? (I know, he wraps up little kids like a butcher parcelling meat, but that's what the guy who wraps up the kids is called.) I don't think the ones who do the actual butchering (i.e. chopping up the meat) are known to have a "lair" so much as a kitchen, but I do believe the Janitor's area is known as a "lair."
