Confusing about chapter selection

I've just finish the kitchen level, but for take all collectibles i've repeat it. But now, i can't choose chapter 4 from level selecting...why?
I can only see lower dlc levels i think...
Can someone explain me better? Sorry for my bad english

try "A" "D" to move left or right. it works to me.

I have this issue too.
From the very beginning of the game the first 3 chapters and the first 3 DLC chapters were visible (looks like a bug because it is a spoiler...)
And now, that I have finished chapter 3, chapter 4 is still not visible. I checked a video on Youtube and chapter 4 is visible in their video, but it is not visible for me.

NOTES :
1) I am playing on Linux via Proton
2) I see an exclamation mark in the main menu next to "Chapter selection" - not sure if it's supposed to be like this.
3) Yes, I tried "A" and "D" to move. When I move from 3rd chapter to the right, camera jumps to the 1st chapter.

Basically, game doesn't register that I have finished chapter 3 (after escaping on hooks), but I can still continue playing chapter 4...

Ok, I figured it out.
I assumed that when I got the achivement "The Kitchen", this signified the start of chapter 4.

I was wrong.

For some reason there is a special short area between chapter 3 and 4 that you need to traverse (It contains a Nome that is easy to miss).
After you traverse this short special area, chapter 4 will appear in "Chapter selection" menu.
