Can’t Buy The Complete Edition

I bought this game for free last week. Now I want to buy the complete edition but I can’t because I already have the base game. I can’t buy the DLC’s separately as it costs me more than I am willing to spend. What should I do?

DLCs are 1.99 each, because of the sale ...so i guess just buy the three DLCs!

Does Secrets of the Maw come with the cosmetic stuff? I couldn't find it in the description on the page, but I saw someone else mention this as well. Maybe I missed it?
