How long are the DLC chapters?

Just beat main game and ready to go to II, but not before I beat the DLC.

I would personally say that the chapters in the DLC last a little bit longer than the chapters in the base game. You really do get your money's worth I think. Be prepared to spend maybe ~2 hours in the new chapters, if not going to 100% completion I would say.

I just got to The Residence DLC. I mean I got the Complete Edition for $5 on Green Man Gaming so it was a steal.

I finished the main game today and just had to play the DLC before starting the second game. Huge feels getting through this masterpiece of a game.

I can't figure out The Residence at all.. do I need to knock the statue off the pedestal on the first floor and replace it with the one in the room with the eye? I can't get the other statue down... no idea what to do. I assume I can't get the key while the lady is standing right there in front of the broken mirror either..

You're not supposed to get the key that soon, it's completely normal. Just do what you can do in the meantime. In the room on the first floor to the right, if you look at the floor closely, you'll see reliefs. Some statues go there, you'll need to find three of them. I went for the books puzzle first, if that helps.

Steam lists the DLC chapters (3 total) for $3.99 each but weren't they free (or supposed to be free) at one point? I thought I read that somewhere awhile ago.
