• View the game in your Library.
  
• Click on "Support" in the menu bar under the Install button (it might be in the ... menu, if your window is thin).
  
• Select "I want to permanently remove this game from my account".
  
• Select "Ok, remove the listed games from my account permanently".

At this point, the page crashed and just showed black.
I went back to my library, my count dropped by 1, and it was gone from the list.
