Actually anyone from anywhere can get the mask. You just have to make an account. I have all the masks. (i'm from the US and i have all of the masks)

They are invalid when put in, I tried making an account previously and it would not let me redeem the fox mask at all.

The links all have the vipcorner in their URLS, and Bandai has restructured their website so all the vipcorner stuff is now under their epic rewards. As such the links pointing to the vipcorner will no longer work :(.
