I need help knowing how to share a game with one of my friends, please help and give me some advice. thank you all. specifically sharing little nightmares full version, including DLC'S

Sharing game or gifting? Can't share unless there's Remote Play available. Otherwise, the only way you're friend would ever get access to the game is if he/she logged into your actual Steam account or was gifted the game.

For this you need to use "Family Sharing" on account where you can add several accounts which also can play some games of your library.
