According to the store page it contains the three story DLCs. The two others don't appear to be included, though I'm assuming they're just cosmetic?

It comes with all DLC, except the OST.

I just bought the full version and it seems to show everything as owned on the store page, except for the soundtrack, which I would never listen to anyway.
So for £7 that's a pretty good price I think.
