HELP. Stuck in Toy Room Chapter 2: Lair

Never had a problem before but out of the blue, I can't seem to jump into the small hall in the wall anymore.

This is the part where you start under the floorboards and the Janitor is in the room above you. He goes into the toy room and you start to climb out from the little wooden ladder from underneath the floor. He's in the other room and admiring some spoons and whatnot. You sneak behind some figures on the floor and wait for him to exit the room. Once he exits, you climb up the dresser, knocking something off the drawer as he comes back into the room. Once up the top, you push a box aside to reveal a hole in the wall.

For the life of me, I cannot jump into the hole. I've tried crouching and moving forward. I've tried running and jumping. I've tried grabbing while running.

I did notice that as soon as I got to the top of the dresser that I could no longer do the jump action. I don't want to have to restart the game T-T

Hold Couch and jump at the Same time worked for me.
