I really hope that the developers build a patch to fix this problem ...
so core i9 ninth gen and RTX2080 is not enough for this game, right???
1) Upgraded to AMD RX 580 graphics card
2) Installed latest Radeon drivers for Windows 10 and restarted
3) Started up Little Nightmares game and got only a black screen.
4) Restarted the PC and tried again, same black screen
5) In task manager, disabled anything that said AMD and Radeon
6) Started up Little Nightmares game and got only black screen, but this time I got the loading eye icon on the bottom right of the screen. The game did not advance from there.
7) Uninstalled Radeon drivers and restarted PC
8) Started up Little Nightmares game and the game started and played as normal.
The game still looks awesome without the drivers installed. The sound gets glitchy, but not within the game itself. Only system sounds that I have noticed. I will not be reinstalling drivers until I finish the game.
I hope this helps someone that has a similar build as me. Happy New year!
You have to edit the config file in :
<path-to-game>\Atlas\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini
And change the resolution to the native of your screen.
The game tried for to launch with a not supported resolution by default and that causes the black screen.
Hope it helps.
