terrible controls.
I know what to do, I can see it, getting it to move with any semblance of accuracy is something else. Getting on the seesaw, jumping, every action just seems really alkward and clumsy. Not very far in but the frustration level is far above the puzzle level. Another game I can't be bothered finnishing.

Really? The controls are very responsive and natural on my end, and I'm using a keyboard.

I just find them quite clunky. It's like 'he' turns a little too fast, it's probably just me.

No, that's kind of part of how she (Six) moves. She does turn quickly and if you turn around too quickly she'll even trip, which I think is a neat little thing. It adds to the stress of being chased, should you swerve too much, you'll trip and fall. I feel like Six is supposed to feel heavy to give you a sense of desperation, however the climbing mechanic does need a bit of improvement.

you mean jumping onto and grabbing things in the air, right?
It's not easy, that seesaw was annoying because the forced camera perspective ( which I understand is for cinematic approach)
there's quite a few jumps like that in the game

I found the grabbing a little counter-intuitive and the perspective in places.

Is anyone else not able to look around using the right stick (X360 controller)? It's in the controls, as well as press RS for lighter but none of it is working. I can use B for light but not looking around? Not even sure how it's supposed to work,

Yow, I dont use RS for lighters but it looks around!
By looking around I mean, the camera is being cinematic kind of.

Do you have a problem grabbing things using the RT2? example: I hold a key, then after like 15sec or so, Six drops it for me, But when I use my mouse button to hold, she doesnt drop it :dizzygoo:

they mean when you press in the right analogue stick ( R3 ) that acts as a secondary lighter button.

I don't have problems holding object with RT, but Right Stick definitely does nothing at all for me then, no "cinematic" camera, no movement at all, and no lighter.

I only use bt controller, maybe thats why my R2 only lasts for a couple of seconds since it is programmed that way, idk. (edit) Try downloading xbox360ce emulator might solve your problem

I have an MS XBox 360 wireless controller and MS official wireless receiver.

Thing is, things have worked fine in all games up until last week, when there was a Steam client update. I think this broke something, maybe specifically with Xbox 360 controllers, not sure.

I've reported it to Steam support but got the usual crap about "if you have trouble with controllers in-game you need to disable Steam native support". Well that's BS, it worked fine in all games until Steam updated.

At the moment I've disabled native Xbox controller support, and using "generic gamepad" support, it seems better and the RS look around works in this game at least...

If you're used to an open world scenario, I also find the controls a bit clunky. In an open world, 'w' simply means forward, 'a' and 's' turn left or right, 's' means backwards. Not used to controlling in the direction of the screen. I guess too much first-person vs. this game.

I thought the controls were terrible too!

It's weird how very few people touch on it. The puzzles were not that difficult and what the game needs you to do is so clear, but the damn controls just make it a struggle. And this is with a 360 controller.

So sluggish.
